CCS GRANDPARENTS
Hello Fellow Grandparents and Grandest Friends!
How blessed we are to know that the young people most precious to us are learning and growing and praising God each day at Crossings Christian School. Like myself, many of you have been privileged to be a part of your grandchild’s classroom birthday blessing or have attended a football game together at the awesome football stadium on campus. Perhaps you too have helped with preparation for a spelling test or have listened to your child’s telling about their current unit of study in science, social studies or the Bible.
I am writing to tell you about the rewarding pleasures of being an active CCS Grand! I believe that our attendance and involvement reinforce the importance of learning and let our children know that we think their school is a wonderful place.
We have been privileged to attend many of the events geared toward CCS families, from athletic competitions and music programs to assemblies and chapel. We’ve been welcomed to volunteer at various programs and events that contribute to the meaningful and fun experiences of our children which include helping at the school supply store, the concession stand, and the book fair.
Let me invite and encourage you to check out the various activities and opportunities for us Grands through CCS!
