Please note our office hours during the summer months. As in previous years, we will be closed on Fridays in an effort to be good stewards and save on utilities and other costs.

Mr. Mac, Head of School

Summer@CCS offers summer camps to the Oklahoma City and surrounding community. It is part of Crossings Christian School, although camp enrollment is not limited to CCS students. Our goal is to provide biblically-integrated sport and enrichment programs for the local community. All classes are taught by CCS teachers or coaches.

PS/LS Meet the Teacher, New Family Orientation Night, US Parent Orientation Dates and Times

PS through 4th Grade Virtual Parent Orientation
Preschool and Lower School teachers will email a personalized video and classroom welcome the week of August 10 along with written classroom procedures and important information.
PS through 8th Grade NEW FAMILY Virtual Orientation Night with Mr. Mac will take place virtually on Tuesday, August 18 at 7:00 p.m. Invitations will be emailed to all new families.
9th Grade ALL Parent/10th-12th Grade NEW FAMILY Virtual Orientation Night
will be livestreamed with the US admin team on Tuesday, August 18 at 6:00 p.m.

NOTE: There will not be a school-wide orientation for parents of existing CCS students.

Preschool Small Group Orientation/Meet the Teacher

Preschool parents will receive a letter the beginning of August with designated small group orientation times
Each preschooler will be assigned a designated time on August 19, 20, or 21

Kindergarten – 4th Grade Student Orientation/Meet the Teacher

Wednesday, August 19, 10:00am-12:00pm, your child’s teacher will be sending a special assigned time in the mail to each child for this special day, including drop off and pick up times and details. Students will be dropped off in the carpool lane at their assigned time where specials teachers will greet them and walk them to meet their new teacher – and even take their photo!

5th – 8th Grade Locker Set-up

MS building will be open beginning Monday, July 13 from Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., for students to set up lockers; more information to follow.

5th & 7th Grade Meet the Teacher/Schedule Pick-Up

Monday, August 17, 8:30-9:30 a.m. all 5th & 7th grade students are welcome to come meet your teachers and pick up your 2020-21 schedules! This is a come and go opportunity.

6th & 8th Grade Meet the Teacher/Schedule Pick-Up

US Student Orientation

Monday, August 17
Returning 11th grade students, 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Returning 10th grade students, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
New 10th-12th grade students, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
9th grade students last name A-M, 1:00-2:00 p.m.
9th grade students last name N-Z, 2:00-3:00 p.m.

During this time students will

  • Pick up iPads in Commons (must have iPad cover to pick up iPad)
  • Purchase parking pass (bring signed form, insurance, license plate number, DL & $5.00)
  • Get locker and locker combination
  • Find classes and meet teachers
  • Turn in physicals and athletic forms
  • Turn in participation fees
  • Purchase class shirts

Seniors locker selection and iPad pick up, August 12 between 9:00-10:00 a.m. before Camp College.

Schedules can be printed from RenWeb no later than August 6.

Members of Student Council will be at the 9th grade/new student orientation to assist freshmen and new students in finding classrooms, answering questions, etc.

NOTE: All uniform polos must include the monogrammed crest. All outerwear worn inside the school building should be approved CCS wear.
