Dear CCS Parents,

I trust that you and your students are anticipating a profitable and restful change of pace this summer, and have positive memories of this past year. God has continued to show Himself faithful to His school, and I know all of us are so thankful to have completed a school year of in-person learning. It has been a year with many challenges, but so many more triumphs. I suspect the following note to Mrs. Shields from one of our parents expresses what all of us feel:

“CCS is by far the best private school in OK…CCS is hard but it definitely prepares the kids for college – which is one of the two reasons why people choose CCS…I’m SO thankful that (my kids) have been in school all year and have been able to go to sporting events, compete at State, go to dances…!! It has truly been a blessing. I also worry about other kids not being able to go to school all year. It’s hard on kids who are really social to not be around other people but it’s also very hard for kids who have anxiety to have to go back after being out for so long and try to establish connections again…I’m really praying that all schools full time in the Fall.”

All year I have heard folks express their gratitude that we are in school. Let me go on record that it would not have been possible to have such a great year with so many successes had it not been for a fabulous faculty, stellar students, and our encouraging parents. Thank you for training your children well, and entrusting them to us. We take that responsibility seriously and want to provide your student(s) with the very best education possible. We look forward to seeing all of you again in the fall, and know it will be another year of spiritual and academic growth for each of us.

Thank you again for letting us be your partners in the education of your child(ren). It is my prayer as we partner together we will continue be the kind of example to our kids that will help them to pursue excellence for the glory of God.

Yours for developing Christ-centered servant leaders,

Mr. Mac
Head of School
