Year End Letters from the Head of School and Principals
Dear Crossings Family,
As a school which endeavors to excel in partnership with parents and church to develop students into Christ-centered servant leaders who are academically and spiritually prepared for college and life, there must be deliberate and intentional investment from us all. To that end, because of your partnership, support, and the Lord’s continued blessings, there is a great sense of momentum, excitement, accomplishment, and gratitude as we conclude the 2025-26 school year.
The verse for this year’s theme, COMMITTED, states in Psalm 37:5, “Commit your way to the Lord, trust in Him, and He will act.” We began this year focused on gratitude for all God has done, confident that as we commit our way to Him, He will continue to show Himself steadfast and faithful. We were humbled to celebrate His goodness and dwell in His faithfulness as a school family last October during the dedication of the COMMITTED project. We thank you for joining with us in our prayer guide over the past year and ask for your continued prayers for guidance, wisdom, and the resources needed as we pursue His mission through our expansion efforts. We look forward to sharing an update with you this fall.
What a tremendous year it has been on our campus as classrooms, hallways, stages, courts, and fields have been alive with school spirit. We certainly are proud of all the major accomplishments, which have been a joint effort of parents, faculty and staff, students, and community partners. However, the lodestar of our school is the pursuit of our mission – not for achievement’s sake – but to honor the Lord with our efforts. With gratitude, we celebrate this year, and in confidence of His faithfulness, we look forward to the school year waiting beyond summer.
Please reflect on these acknowledgements and updates and take a moment to thank God for all He has done and all that He will do.

As our Administrative Team studied the book of Psalms this year, we are constantly reminded of the Lord’s strength, grace, mercy, and faithfulness. The psalmists declare time and again for every believer, His people, our nation, and our world to praise His name. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 reminds us to, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” We have much for which to be thankful, and we serve a King who gives us a reason for joy. May the summer months be a blessing to all our families, and may grace and peace abound. Thank you for a great year at CCS!
Generationally focused,
Dr. Jason Nave
Head of School
