Payments
All payments may be made directly to the front desk at either the Lower School, Middle School, or Upper School. We do accept credit/debit cards as payment at the school. Payments may also be dropped in the mail to us at 14400 N Portland Ave, OKC, OK 73134.
Important Dates/Deadlines
If you are paying tuition in full, the due date is July 1st. If you cannot pay in full as planned, please contact the business office before July 1st and we will help you set up a FACTS Agreement.
The Financial Aid deadline for Continuous Enrollment is April 15th each year. Award letters are mailed the first week of June. FACTS Agreements will be adjusted to reflect any financial aid awards. Apply online here.
All balances must be paid in full by June 30th of each school year. Students with an outstanding balance before the new school year begins will not be allowed to start school until said balances are paid in full.
CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT
Continuous Enrollment simplifies the enrollment process by eliminating the need to fill out online forms every year. Instead, your child's enrollment contract will remain in effect from the initial year of the continuous enrollment contract until they either graduate from Crossings or you choose not to renew the contract for the upcoming school year. This provides a simple opt-out option for withdrawing from Crossings.
There is no penalty for opting out of the subsequent school year’s enrollment before the communicated opt-out date, but parents are advised that, by doing so, their child’s space in the school is not guaranteed should they decide to re-enroll.
Withdrawals received after the opt-out period will incur a tuition obligation.
