YEAR-END LETTER TO 5th-8th GRADERS
FROM Mrs. tollefson & mr. Sutton

Middle School Families,

The Middle School staff hopes that your summer months are filled with sunshine and fun family activities! Thank you for your dedication and patience as we finish this year. We will be opening the Middle School on Monday, July 10th. Any day Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am - 11:30 am and 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm families can come to the Middle School and help students set up their lockers and practice their locker combinations. This will be a great way to get children excited for the upcoming year. If you have any trouble with your locker or combination, Mrs. Sabrina will be there to help. Thank you for helping us practice good stewardship by adhering to the following locker guidelines:

  • No tape or sticky material
  • No writing on the locker
  • Decorate inside only
  • Use only magnetic items for decorations

We are excited for the coming year! Next year students will be eating lunch in the commons instead of the gym. Lunch schedules will come out with classroom schedules at the beginning of August.

Office hours starting Monday, July 10th will be from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday.
Back to School Bash for fifth through eighth grade will be Monday, August 7th and student orientation will be Tuesday, August 8th. Specific details will be shared as we approach these dates.

Don’t forget summer reading lists and supplies can be found on our main CCS website at the following link: www.crossingsschool.org/summer-guide. The fall semester will be here before you know it. We will be praying for your families this summer and can not wait to see all the students when they return. Thank you so much for partnering with us! We look forward to seeing you soon. Thank you for your prayers and support as we prepare for another school year.

“It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23
