STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Student Support Services at Crossings Christian School are essential for children with learning differences. Accommodations do not change the curriculum or expectations, but help make learning a little easier for those students who have been identified and diagnosed with specific learning issues. Some examples of accommodations include, but are certainly not limited to: extra time on tests, preferential seating, opportunities for physical activity or movement and many more. Accommodations are based on the interpretation of each individual diagnostic report. All students qualifying for accommodations (K-12) will be monitored by our director of support services, Beth Tollefson.
