Head of School
Mr. MacDonald joined CCS in 2012, and has been involved in Christian education as a high school and college student, and then as a teacher and administrator for over thirty years. He grew up in Pennsylvania, where he attended high school, college and graduate school, and has been in Oklahoma for the greater part of his professional career, where he attended Oklahoma State University for additional graduate work in administration. He has been involved with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) in a variety of leadership capacities, including service on the board and accreditation commission as chairman.
Mr. MacDonald is passionate about delivering the Crossings mission of developing well-prepared Christ-centered servant leaders who can follow God’s leading and impact the world for Christ in every area. He is married to Franci, who also serves at the school, and has an adult son and three daughters, and is currently enjoying being grandpa to his granddaughter Naomi and his grandsons Maddox and Wesley.

Director of Admissions
Debbie was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Language Arts Education. Following a career as a wife, mother, and teacher, she began her ministry at Crossings Christian School when the decision was made to grow the church preschool to a Kindergarten through 12th grade Christian school in 2000.
Debbie and her husband, Bubba, have four grown children and six grandchildren. In addition to loving her work with families and children at CCS, she enjoys reading, gardening, Bible study, and spending time with her family.
When asked what makes Crossings Christian School a special place to be, she quickly responds that besides being intentional about inviting God into every part of our day, we are blessed with a very special staff and precious families.

Administrative Assistant to the Admissions Director
Marti Hester started at CCS in 2004 in the Before-and After-Care Program. She now serves as the receptionist in the Lower School. What she loves most about working at CCS is the Christian environment, where staff and students can pray together daily.
Marti grew up in Norman as the youngest of four children. She now lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, Chad, and daughter, Lillian. Her family would not be complete without their three adorable dogs, Samson, Delilah and Schroeder.
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Mr. Schenk holds a Masters degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelors degree in Math Education from Oklahoma Baptist University. Mr. Schenk was a Division I college recruit in basketball. After a severe knee injury in a car accident his senior year of high school, Mr. Schenk continued his basketball career at Oklahoma Baptist University and was part of the national champion runner-up team. Mr. Schenk came to Crossings in 2013 after 16 years in public school. He spent 12 of those years as a head coach in Oklahoma Class 6A schools. In his tenure as head coach, he has led all 3 of his teams to the state tournament. The Edmond Santa Fe boys basketball program made 5 state tournament appearances and 4 state semi-final appearances during his 6 years there, Enid High School made their first state tournament appearance since the 1980’s, and most recently the CCS Knights’ made their debut state appearance in 2016 and returned in 2018. His teams have earned 4 district championships, 6 regional championships, and 6 area championships. He has coached multiple college recruits from small college to major Division I, and one of his former players is currently a star for the Philadelphia 76ers. Mr. Schenk is the recipient of numerous coaching awards ranging from OCA All-State coach to multiple conference, area, and regional coach of the year awards. He celebrated his 200th career win in 2016.
Mr. Schenk enjoys motivating students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles to achieve success. He is also passionate about helping students identify, embrace, and utilize the unique gifts and talents God has given them. In his experiences, Mr. Schenk has witnessed the positive impact that athletic participation can have on the mental, physical, and spiritual development and maturation of our youth. He remains committed to the support and the development of the coaches and student-athletes at Crossings and is honored by this tremendous responsibility.
Mr. Schenk is married to his beautiful wife, Jill, CCS Middle School librarian. They have 4 children, Calvin, Clark, Faith and Mae. When he has free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, reading, watching sports, and teaching 5th and 6th grade Sunday school with his wife.
Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children. And live a life of love just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
Head Athletic Trainer
Jessica joined CCS in 2015 as the head athletic trainer and sports medicine teacher. She has provided outreach athletic training services through McBride Orthopedic Hospital for CCS since 2011. She has a B.S. in Athletic Training and a M.Ed from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Jessica has been a certified athletic trainer since 2004 and has experience working in different clinical, high school, college, and industrial settings.
Jessica has always loved sports and has a desire to help people. She found athletic training to be the perfect blend of her interests and takes pride in keeping athletes healthy and participating in the sports that they love.
Jessica is married to her best friend, Jimmy. They have a daughter, Jestyn, who attends Crossings. They love hanging out as a family, watching and playing sports, and cheering for the OKC Thunder.
The Lord your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.
Janis Smith, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Janis Smith received her B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Iowa and Oklahoma. She has a heart for nonprofits and has worked for the YMCA and the Boy Scouts of America. She is thankful and blessed for the opportunity to work in a Christian environment with such wonderful people.
Janis is originally from Massachusetts and currently lives in Mustang with her husband Roger. They have three adult children, Eric, Ryan and Angela.
In her spare time Janis loves to read, make jewelry, dabble in photography but most importantly, spend time with her grandchildren.
I waited patiently for the Lord to help me and He turned to me and heard my cry.
Laura Bailey graduated with her B.S. in Business and Theology from a private college in Southern Missouri. After serving in the Business Office of a church and Christian school in the Washington DC area for 7 years, God moved her to the Oklahoma City area, where she has lived since 2008.
Laura first visited, and fell in love with, Crossings Community Church, in the fall of 2011. One of her favorite things about the church is its’ passion for putting Christ in the center of every part of life, something she sees played out in the variety of ministries in which the church involves itself, including Crossings Christian School. And when she saw an opportunity to become part of the Crossings School family, she jumped at the chance. Laura has been a part of CCS since 2017.
When not working, Laura loves to spend time with her large extended family of six siblings and 14 nieces & nephews. She is also a voracious reader, loves to travel, and is intentional about experiencing Oklahoma sites, history, foods, and adventures.
And don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Lorie joined CCS in 2016 in the Business Office. Prior to CCS, she worked as a bookkeeper for 2 years at a CPA firm and as the bookkeeper at her church for 10 years.
Lorie and her husband Andy have been married since 1989. They have two adult children, Joey and Jenna. Together, they enjoy camping. She also enjoys reading and coloring!
He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
Becky Brock joined CCS in April 2015 and enjoys working at a place where she is happy and excited to come to work every day. She has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from UCO.
Becky is married to her husband, Alan, and they have 2 children, Joshua and Riann. Becky enjoys reading, watching movies, watching her kids play sports, the beach and church activities.
For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?
Development & Marketing
Development & Marketing Director
Teri joined CCS as the Director of Development in 2012. Prior to being on staff, she coordinated many CCS fundraisers including the Annual Auction, golf tournament, Tim Hawkins Live in Concert events, and Knightwalk Walk-a-Thon. She graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Early Childhood and Elementary Education. After teaching kindergarten in the public schools, she worked to raise funds for various non-profits and Christian organizations for 12 years.
Teri is passionate about serving God through serving others. She believes that fundraising is an act of ministry, allowing others the opportunity to participate in God’s plan for not only their life, but in the lives of those touched by their generosity and faithfulness.
During Teri’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark and their two sons, Anderson and Jackson, who both attend CCS and Daisy Mae, their lovable chocolate lab. As a family they enjoy attending basketball games, spending time at the lake, serving at their home church, watching OU football and attending more basketball games!

Administrative Assistant to Development & Marketing Director
Susannah joined CCS in 2014. Prior to CCS, she was at home raising her kids and volunteering. Susannah graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. She enjoyed a 10 year career as a web developer in Oklahoma City and Dallas, TX.
Susannah has been married to her husband Ryan since 2004 and together they have two kids, Shawn and Clara who both attend CCS. They enjoy their kids activities, watching OU & OSU sports, playing games, working in the yard and spending time with family.
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Spirit Store Coordinator Administrative Assistant to Development & Marketing Director
Kaitlan joined CCS as Head Cheerleading Coach in 2016 and as the Spirit Store Coordinator and Development & Marketing Assistant in 2017. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Prior to Crossings, Kaitlan worked and coached at Kingfisher Public Schools serving in the media and marketing departments as well as founding their school store. She has also worked at Oklahoma Baptist University in a variety of capacities.
Kaitlan worked for the National Cheerleaders Association for six years and was honored as Outstanding Instructor in 2011 and 2013. Kaitlan was also named the Oklahoma High School Cheerleading Coach of the Year in 2015.
In her free time, Kaitlan enjoys fellowship with friends and family, attending sporting events, and organizing anything and everything. She is an avid list maker and Oklahoma City Thunder fan.

Alumni & Event Support
Katy has a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. She worked as an actuary for two years and then went on to teach high school math and served as the Alumni Director at her alma mater for four years. This is where she found her true passion for working with kids and organizing events.
In 2018, after being a stay-at-home mom and serving on the CCS Parent Teacher Fellowship Board, Katy felt a calling to be back in the school environment. She loves working for a school that plays such an integral role in not only the intellectual and social development of the students, but also the spiritual development.
Katy and her wonderful husband, Nathan, have three sons who all attend Crossings — Cooper, Sumner, and Sutton. Katy loves spending time with family and friends, watching her kids participate in any activity, traveling and organizing anything from events to kitchen cabinets.
So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together to fit into God’s perfect plan of bringing good into our lives, for we are his children who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose.
Anthony DiFabio joined CCS in 2016. Anthony received his B. A. in Multidisciplinary Studies from Southern Nazarene University and his Masters of Education Administration, Curriculum, and Supervision from the University of Oklahoma. Before coming to CCS, Anthony taught in Christian schools for eight years teaching technology, psychology, and student leadership.
Anthony enjoys playing music, collecting stamps, traveling to Colorado, and cheering for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The DiFabio family includes Anthony’s wife Julie, their son Leon, and their daughter Adeline. Anthony and Julie are excited to be a part of the CCS community and the opportunities their children have growing up within our community of faith.
But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.
