The Crossing Christian Women’s Softball Program is dedicated to developing student-athletes on and off the field. Softball players will learn how to play as a team and work together to reach their individual, as well as, team goals. Although, their performance is of some importance, what they learn for the off-the-field issues is of higher importance. We know that 1 Timothy 4:8 says, “For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.” This concept is something that is preached quite often in the program. Teaching the girls that win, lose or draw, we come together to build up and glorify the Kingdom of God.
