We strive for the football program at Crossings Christian School to represent Jesus and his words in Matthew 23:37-39. Jesus said, “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Following the first commandment, we want these young men to leave this program with a stronger relationship with Christ and go on to be Christ-like leaders in their professions and their homes. Following the second commandment, through the brotherhood of football they will learn life lessons of teamwork, integrity, and playing your heart out for the guy next to you.
