Preschool

 

Mary began teaching preschool at Crossings in 2002. She has her B.A. in Special Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. Before coming to Crossings, she taught special Education and spent many years at home enjoying watching her precious daughter grow up.

 

Mary wants the children she teaches to truly love learning. She also wants to show the love of the Lord through her life and in her classroom. She deeply desires for the children she teaches to grow both spiritually and intellectually, while having so much fun.

 

Mary loves spending time with her family. She enjoys cooking and shopping with her daughter. She also loves just being with her husband, Steve, and their black lab, Isaac. Mary's newest family member is her grandson, Trae, who was born in January 2011. She enjoys traveling to Houston to visit him, her daughter, Lindsey, her son-in-law, Art, and their yellow lab, Moses. Her grandson is the love of her life.

 

Favorite Scripture: Mary's favorite verse is 1 Corinthians 2:9, which says, No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him."
