Aaron joined CCS in 2010. He graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Finance Degree and received a Master's in Leadership Education from Mid-America Christian University in 2008. Prior to coming to Crossings, Aaron spent three years at Putnam City West High School.

Mr. Garrett believes in creating a steady and consistent learning environment. He believes this is accomplished only by thorough planning. Regardless of subject a total effort breeds success. Once a student has given a complete effort he or she can have confidence and perform as close to full potential as possible.

Aaron and Melissa Garrett were married in the summer of 2008. They both enjoy spending time with family and friends. Aaron loves being around athletics, reading, fishing, and traveling.
